Refund policy

We offer a full refund if:

• Your order doesn't arrive within 40 days of purchase
• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective or doesn't work as intended
• You received the wrong item

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, or within 50 days of purchase if your order hasn't arrived.

For any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may choose their preferred shipping method.
